EDIT: I know this product is advertised as an anti wrinkle pillow and it actually works for that; However, I have severe neck problems and have tried many pillows to ease the discomfort while sleeping and thought this pillow might help. However, I found using it as intended didn't give my neck enough support, so I used it backwards and it was quite comfortable. When the owners of this company read my first review they immediately contacted me and said they had a pad they could send me for extra neck/cervical support. This is a family business and they really care about their products and customers. They sent me an insert at no extra charge and it really made this pillow my all time favorite. I highly recommend this pillow and this company.
