In addition, I recommend adding a memory foam wedge for your feet. It is shaped like a crescent but is about 20 inches long to accommodate both feet. Tuck it under your feet (near the knee) and do this every night. A pillow alone will not help you transition to sleeping on your back. You'll thank me for that later! In general, for those who suffer from neck pain, I recommend going up a size. Both pillows have the same overall dimensions. In my opinion, on a plus size pillow, the sides aren't farther apart, they're equally spaced. This is good because it keeps your head in place and you don't roll sideways. The difference between a standard pillow and a large pillow is that the latter is thicker in comparison and therefore provides better neck support. Since everyone has a neck, I recommend everyone to buy a large pillow. The experience I had with the seller was positive in many ways. He was very kind and generous.
