Excellent packaging! The texture and overall look of the bag are pleasing. It opens from the front instead of the top, which I didn't see as a problem until I used it. The straps do not stay in the adjusted position when worn. The most disappointing thing was the purse that could be ordered with it. Only not! It's bulky, in a heap of outdated and unnecessary plastic parts.
