Bought this for my wife who has foot problems after chemotherapy. This is a handy size. She felt the tub floor was too rough and did not want to use the casters. I think pants will fit most people, but she's a special case because chemo has taken a toll on her. The size of the tub is perfect. Of course, it's difficult to lift to empty, but there really isn't a practical solution for that in a portable device. No timer is used, but the heating function is very convenient. I recommend this device - it is inexpensive and has the most important built-in features. I just wish the bottom of the tub was a little smoother.
