Well what can I say? It has been exactly one year since I bought this product. I immediately installed a lightbulb on our front porch where we leave the lights on almost every night all night. It works really well, is very bright for safety and protection, and doesn't attract bugs. However, a year passed and the light bulb failed. Not damaged, not loose, just stopped glowing. The product description on the box and on Revain says it should last 20,000 hours or 4-6 YEARS if used 10 or 12 hours a day. Ouch! The price-performance ratio decreases. Another junk labeled "Made in China"? Maybe. When the seller doesn't contact me, it seems like they have no choice: it's too late to return it and I can't find any company or warranty information. I installed a second lightbulb on the porch and will see how it goes. For what it's worth, I usually write the install date on these "forever" bulbs to see how long "forever" actually lasts. Be warned.
