Great Way To Improve Employee Performance
I really like the ability to be able to see what my team has done in the past and to be able to compare that to what I've done. The interface can really be improved on. The reports should be able to be viewed in a more modern way. I really like being able to see what my team has done in the past and to be able to compare that to what I've done. I would really like to see more functionality added to the tool. I've seen a lot of potential for growth with this tool. I'm able to see things that I can improve on and I'm able to see what my team has done in the past.
Pros
- Being easy accessable across multiple devices..The ease at which you are assigned tasks by your manager or peers alike, etc..etc..Easy accessibility when needed...You get immediate feedback if not resolved quickly enough...Ease of use/workability....Loved how we could input our own notes into certain areas........I loved having an accessible system wherever there is internet presence (phone)................eagerness from management staff towards using
