Great Way To Improve Employee Performance

I really like the ability to be able to see what my team has done in the past and to be able to compare that to what I've done. The interface can really be improved on. The reports should be able to be viewed in a more modern way. I really like being able to see what my team has done in the past and to be able to compare that to what I've done. The people at Salesforce are phenomenal to work with!

The sales team is very knowledgeable about the product and has been able to answer all of my questions even when I am unsure what to ask. They are always willing to help me out as long as I give them time. Some of their processes seem a bit antiquated which can make it difficult to keep up with new changes in our industry.   • Their dedication both professionally AND personally; knowing exactly how much effort goes into each sale/case management (even if there isn’t an actual case) vs just focusing only one side at once! Knowing every single detail so well makes working together easy because everything comes across clearly during meetings or calls instead having everyone going back and forth trying figure things apart
