The first time I used the hair, even though I pre-treated it, it caused my scalp to itch horribly. Luckily, I used a product that stopped the itch. The second time, I pre-treated it longer which helped immensely. I love the look. I found them to be a little heavy so my stylist used a different braid pattern which helped.
