Given that there is nothing to align on the screen, I knew this protective film needed to align well. I carefully placed the "hinges" with the screen to make sure it was centered. It's slightly taller than the lit part of the screen, but the same width as the lit part. I thought it was weird, but I was still able to line it up pretty well. When it came time to put the screen protector on the phone, I couldn't get one of the edges to stay down. I removed it from the phone and reinstalled it a little to the side hoping it was the screen flex. so it doesn't stick. I was wrong. Now no matter how hard I try I can't get 3 of the 4 edges to stick and the bubble no longer appears under the protective film in the lower right corner. I have used this type of Spigen screen protector on my old phone before and had no problems. I actually had to find this kit to get the bubble remover because that in this kit is a brittle piece of plastic with the strength of cardboard. Even with the best bubble remover, this protective film won't stay in place! It protects the screen but won't install properly.
