Review on Rippin Moto Adventure Motorcycles Compatible Motorcycle & Powersports by Victor Anderson

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Finally a good footpeg available

I ordered these to replace the tiny KTM footpegs on a 19ft 690R and they worked great without too much play/wiggle. The quality seems very good, on par with the bigger brands, and they look clean. Haven't ridden it yet so can't comment on durability. I'm fed up with companies that offer $200/$300 bindings. That's what I think should value the pens. Kudos to RippinMoto for bringing it to this price range! They are made in China, but most of them! A small note: they decrease the distance from the derailleur/rear brake tip to the front edge of the footpeg. This happens with wider pins when they are centered on the pinholes. It's only about 5-10mm but with the big feet I now need a brake tip to get that distance back.

Pros
  • I've always loved them
Cons
  • I won't say anything
