I cannot recommend this product highly enough. Compared to the previous version, it is very quiet. I received the G3PRO last year and it did not disappoint. And with this new model, Theragun has outdone itself. It's much quieter and I like the app. Plugging in your Theragun and following the procedures is like being treated at one of their malls (except I don't have to leave my house!). I can get through this a lot quicker. I've tried Hyperice and these Vertiballs but they don't compare. The Hyperice is pretty weak and I don't notice any difference. And while Vertiball is good on your back, Theragun is good anywhere. I use mine almost every day. You should try the procedure before bed, even if you don't go to sleep. You feel so relaxed and relaxed. My wife and I take turns so we can just lay in bed haha.
