The first one was sent to us, the mirror was broken but they quickly sent a new one. It's perfect, just what we were looking for. It is very durable. I like that you can change the hue and brightness of the lighting. The USB port for charging is also good. The only thing my daughter doesn't like is the screenprint of the brand name "Moon Moon" on the front of the base. However, it's not too noticeable and we can paint over it if we want.
