These were purchased to give around the office and help tidy up a few collars. While this was mainly bought as a sarcastic/humorous hint that we need to up our game a bit (for some), they offer a lot more support than the plastic coasters that come with the shirt. They're not as strong as the metal ones, but they do a pretty good job (just remember to remove them when washing).
