Charming leggings to match the dress. They are soft and elastic. I got a size bigger. The length was a size 7-8 leggings from a nationwide chain store. However, these leggings have a very long crotch. You can see the comparison in the picture where the striped leggings are a whopping 2 inches longer from waist to crotch. I think they'll sag my daughter but she hasn't tried them on because they're for Christmas. The waist is elastic but quite thin. I don't think they would fit a stronger child. I am very happy to give this outfit to my daughter.
