If you suffer from migraines at all I recommend this hat set. I am dealing with a migraine with aura from a childhood head injury. Something about this cap helps me. My head is wrapped, and the little bit of length hanging down my back adds quite a bit of "weight" to take the pressure off my head. When I bought these caps it was for fashion. It's a combination of the feel of the fabric material (VERY SOFT AND SOOTHING), the soft way the cap hugs the head and the hanging piece of fabric. It's also warm, but still light enough to wear in the summer. I wear them a lot.
