I find it amazing. My computer is high mounted and I used a USB extension cable and placed it under my desk. Now I have easy access to all of these ports. The only thing I would change is that they must include a bracket to attach them to the table. Just a U-mount that allows you to attach it to a surface at the top or bottom. So you don't need two hands to connect and disconnect. Looks better too. I used super glue and attached it with the head of the screw and hooked the back end. But if I put it on the table, I couldn't use the screw. I could have used 3m tape but I wanted a flush fit. It would also be nice if you got an option with a longer cable. The attached is very short. Which is fine for a laptop, but it took me about 10 feet of cord to get to mine.
