Whoever decided the sleeves needed to be about 9 inches long (I'm 6ft 0in, 200lbs) should at least include Velcro so I could wrap the sleeves around my wrists On the plus side I wear it outside when I give the dogs their morning break, I don't have to reach for my mittens - I just let the sleeves flap around!
