The first thing you notice is that the inner layer is a PLASTIC film! The ceiling rustles loudly, like bubble wrap or a plastic sheet. The inner plastic layer cannot breathe. You will be drenched in sweat and shrouded in electricity. Finally, the outer coating is cheap and thin. To give an example, there is a label that you must remove before use. If you tear off the label, half of the blanket's fibers will come out! There are TWO toaster-sized power supplies. In fact, eight times the size of my laptop's power supply. Look at the photo I uploaded. Two power supplies are huge! I already have two Sunbeam heated blankets. They're too small for my bed, but they're a nice weight, soft, and of good quality. Without plastic inner layer. No huge power supplies. I just assumed that all electric blankets are like that. If you could feel the thing first, you would never buy it, let alone pay that much money. I'll return it in the morning.
