For me they are a bit big.
I only like shoes I have very narrow feet so they fit snugly on my feet but I made another hole in the straps and it holds up well but they dangle a little in the area and a little behind my heel . If I have a wide or normal foot, you shouldn't have a problem with your normal shoe size. Otherwise I like them and I feel good.
