The mounting tabs that hold the lamp in place are a little shorter than the original but they fit and initially worked for about a day. The white plastic portion of the socket had partially melted, preventing the bulb from snapping into place. I also needed pliers to remove the bulbs due to the melted and deformed plastic. I measured the current of one of the still working original bulbs compared to the new one. These lamps draw 120mA compared to the standard lamps which draw 100mA. So not only is the bulb slightly hotter than the original, but it also uses very cheap plastic that can't take the heat.
