I like how easy it was to create an account and use with our business accounts. The customer support team was so helpful! They are always willing to help you in any way they can even if that means just talking about their own experience. Sometimes when adding calls from outside of your office there would be issues getting through. Also sometimes some features could not be used. We were able to solve all these problems by contacting them via email or live chat. There really aren't many cons at this point. You should definitely get started using the service right away as most things cannot be done without first signing up. This allows us to have more control over our schedule since we know exactly what time a meeting will start and end. It also helps keep everyone connected because people can join/leave without leaving voicemails which gets old fast.
