Washing with soap and water is just as effective. and cheaper
I bought this because a waterproof version was not available so take this review with caution. Doesn't even work on non-waterproof mascara! I have the same effect of soap and water. Its consistency is very strange, like a gel. Buy the waterproof version as it is a much more effective product.
