The first week was great. I immediately noticed that I started eating and snacking less. I started on 2 pills and continue to take 2 a day (unless I forget the 2nd and want to take it late due to caffeine). I train early in the morning and have found that I prefer to take the first pill right after my workout because I have to eat when I'm on the pill. Eating with pills is a personal preference just because it makes me feel. I have to do the same with my daily vitamins. I lost some weight in 3 weeks and still enjoy taking these pills mainly to curb my appetite. It also helped me cut down on carbs! I would recommend her!
