The concept is good. Materials and workmanship need a general overhaul. The first concern is the implied meaning of the word "food grade stainless steel". Perhaps "food grade stainless steel” means something different in China. This could be a build up as the edges of the tray are already water/eroded. There are a few fringes on the wire mesh; which on some trays is not flat, but wavy or curved outwards. I assume this item will rust fairly quickly, real stainless steel does not rust. I don't know how this item got 4 stars overall, but be careful! Maybe not expensive per se, but quite expensive considering the lack of quality. Sometimes you don't get what you paid for.
