My husband is 6ft, 150lbs and skinny. He wears 32 waist/34 legs in his pants. These medium-sized ones fit him well - they even have enough leg length. They have a loose fit which is very comfortable for lounging or sleeping. This is a light material so not very warm. Has 2 large front pockets. They survived the washer/dryer just fine.
