Finally a GPS tracker that works on the AT&T network! I just received it today, so I can't comment on its reliability yet. This replaced the TK103 which recently stopped working, presumably because 2G service was down in my area. I was suspicious of buying a device without reviews but I'm so happy I wanted to ease the minds of others who are considering it. The monitoring service is not required. I'm assuming it will work with H2O Wireless since it works with an At&T SIM card. As usual with these Chinese trackers, the directions suck, but they can be identified, especially if you've used tk103 in the past. The SMS commands are very different from tk103 so take note, but they work very well. The coolest trick: You can send him an SMS, the device will call you back and you can listen in! Beware of cheating spouses and naughty teenagers! I highly recommend this tracker.
