Let me tell you a story about my encounter with THEFACESHOP's online store. After reading raving reviews from friends, I made the decision to purchase some of their skincare products. I had no idea how frustrating and upsetting it would end up being. The website was clumsy and challenging to use, to start. Finding the items I was looking for took me a very long time, and even longer to work out how to put them in my shopping cart. And when I did manage to add everything I wanted, a shipping charge that felt excessive was tacked on. But I was determined to get my hands on those goods, so I went ahead with the purchase anyway. The situation really deteriorated at that point. I got a confirmation email after placing my purchase informing me that my items would be shipped out in 3-5 business days. great, I said. I'll have my goods quickly. Weeks passed, though, and my purchase was still nowhere to be seen. To find out what was going on, I attempted contacting customer service, but the phone lines were constantly busy and my emails received no response. Finally, after a month of waiting, my order came. An additional problem was that one of the goods was broken and useless. I made another attempt to get in touch with customer support, but to no avail. Overall, I had a terrible time shopping at THEFACESHOP's web store. I wouldn't suggest doing any online purchasing with them because of their clumsy website, outrageous shipping costs, and poor customer service. Look elsewhere for your hygiene needs to save yourself the hassle.
