Wattage has halved in less than a year

I really liked the product at first, but after a while the performance dropped significantly. I bought it mainly for the convenience of folding because. 100W panels, both rigid and flexible. All my other panels put out 60-85 watts. When I got the panel I had about 60 watts, but now I'm getting maybe 25-30 watts on a very sunny day in the Houston heat. I've ordered another one to see if the new one gets more and it's almost double the original one. So the new panel is also around 60W, but not as close to my other chunky panels. There's a slight difference in the look of the new panel, so it seems like a slightly different cell technology is now being used. I am thinking of returning. new as I fear it will also lose performance over time. My previously purchased panel is outside the return window so I can no longer return it. I will try to contact the company to find out what could be causing this decrease in performance.
