Painful and cheap
The nub elements on the shoes are made of hard plastic. The entire spring and seat assembly seems to fall out easily as some of them fell out during shipping. This caused me severe pain in my diabetic legs. I couldn't put all my weight on these shoes. I would not recommend it to treat diabetic neuropathy.
