My main issue with the product is how poor the documentation is. The installation instructions included in the kit are too sparse to understand how the collar works, and even the instructions on the manufacturer's website are not detailed enough. Hardware wise, I don't think the connectors that came with the kit seemed to hold the wire well if you had 14 gauge wire, so I used different splice connectors. no matter how long she sat at that signal or what level I programmed it to. After about 2 months of use, the collar is already flashing, indicating that a new battery is needed. The other collar worked fine until the actual impactor just fell out of the collar and was lost. Quality goods, but now I just want to buy a cheap device.
