Very soft but supportive. Very happy. I love my other foam pillows but they tend to hurt my ears. This one is too soft to hurt her. It has an unpleasant odor, so be sure to leave it uncovered for a few days. Be sure to wash the included case before use. Cover made of soft and dense material. The pillow is delicate and it appears that it could be torn in half if desired. The pillow is very light compared to my other foam pillows. Good value for money. Delivery was fast.
