I got this because I've done a lot of engine repairs BUT unfortunately I don't need it for the engines I'm currently working on. but i used it anyway. Depending on which crankshaft pulley is installed on the engine, the instructions will require you to install a tool by inserting a nut with a wrench to adjust the crankshaft pulley to 6.2L. Can't use the instructions to guide you, but you can screw in the tool handle enough to grab the threads, tighten the nut, and then turn the tool yourself. BUT I usually just use an old connecting rod bolt. but so far it's a well made tool, no complaints
