I purchased this after seeing a neighbor using one. I've been stuck working from home and it's hard to get out to exercise other than running. This tennis trainer has been a nice piece of equipment to breakup the workout routine. I purchased one for my cousin who has a little one at home and needed something that she could do quickly while the baby naps. She loves it! I've sent the link to 2-3 other people to purchase. I don't know how long it will last, but it comes with 2 replacement balls in case one breaks and it does the trick for me! Highly recommend!
