Works great! I found 720p 60fps to be the best setting for this capture card. I would recommend something else if that's not good enough for you. For the audio I recommend using an extra cable from the capture card directly to the line port on your computer, then go to the recording tab in your computer's sound settings and the capture card should appear here. Right click on it and go to properties. Then make sure "Listen to this device" is enabled and applied. After that, the sound will be routed through your computer's speakers. You can also use an external speaker for audio.
