Despite refunding my money and sending back the RMA, Newacalox/Maixi contacted me via Revain support email and to my surprise offered to send me a NEW DEVICE for re-evaluation at their own expense. A few days later he is already sitting on my bench. After several separate test runs throughout the day, this device does what I got it for: it allows you to strip and recreate SMD parts, as well as recycle hot glue connections.
