Review on 🔥 Mueller Ultra Kettle M99S: 1500W Electric Kettle with SpeedBoil Tech, 1.8L Cordless, LED Light by Mike Campbell

I bought this product at the end of September but after 3 months it stopped working! It worked perfectly at first - the water heated up quickly and was very hot, which I liked. I really liked how hot the water got and how good it looked. However, cleaning the inside was a little tricky and I was never able to pull out the filter to clean it, despite the manual saying it would be easy to remove. Other than that though, it worked great until I hit the 3 month mark of owning it. First, it turned on by itself! The first sign that the pot has stopped working is when it shuts off as expected after the water has boiled, but after about an hour I heard a sound from the counter that my pan was on and noticed that the Pot was fully on. by itself. At first I thought maybe the toggle button wasn't completely off after my last use, but it was in the right position. I thought nothing of it and thought it was an accident, but it wasn't. It turned itself on and off for a week, so we made sure to unplug it after each use. Secondly, the water does not heat up after about a week. The water stopped boiling and the pan didn't get the same blue color. It turns off before the water is fully hot! I really want someone to answer me on this. I know it's past the return date but for the price this kettle shouldn't break after just 3 months. Not for the price I paid for it! I would be grateful if Revain or the seller would reply to me on this issue. At this point I would not recommend this product to anyone. Not sure if it's just a lemon but this item doesn't last long or work well.
