Just don't use a pillowcase

My baby loves this pillow, curls up and falls asleep straight away. However, we had to remove the pillowcase. The envelope design seems like a good idea, but my toddler somehow managed to get his head stuck between the pillowcase and pillow in the middle of the night and started coughing and crying.
