These canisters look good. The largest fits in a 5lb bag of flour, the next smaller size doesn't fit in a 4lb bag of sugar so I split mine into the next 2 sizes. However, not everything lasts because of the lid. Some people say they are not breathable. They are, but not perfect. I put my flour/sugar in gallon size freezer bags and then put them in for more protection. One of the downsides is that you have to be careful to leave space inside for the lid to fit in. You can't fill them to the brim. The lids are made of steel, but with very rough handling there is definitely a dent. You are hollow. However, I like them for what they offer and the shipping was very fast.
