Sometimes ceramic canisters look a lot nicer, but they're hard to keep clean and you have to worry about chipping. they work great for me.

I used to have them in stainless steel but I remodeled my kitchen and went for black. I've read reviews of them being flimsy and compared to my stainless steel ones, but they serve my purpose. you are good

I love how this set looks on my counter. Like a window so you know when to refill. The lids are not impressive. They remain very secure but are difficult to open. No handle and not easy to grab to open. But overall I am satisfied with the product.

I was looking for stylish canisters for my kitchen. I bought these and I love them, they are beautiful and so stylish they really make my kitchen look modern. Love the fact that they don't leave fingerprints and that the airtight part has a really nice steel fashion look, really recommended for a stylish and upscale kitchen.

You look beautiful! They have a great seal but when fully closed they are very difficult to open! We're considering adding handles at the top, as another reviewer did. This should fix the problem! Aside from liking them, they're perfect for flour, sugar, brown sugar, and powdered sugar, which is what we use them for, and have freed up space in the spice cabinet, which was our goal.

These are modern stylish canisters. Looks very nice on my tabletop. The plastic window is a great advantage for seeing what's in it and also knowing when to refill. I like small "windows" so you can see what's inside without having to be completely transparent (which looks cluttered to me). Overall they are really wonderful and I will buy them as a gift for my mother.

Update: I lowered my rating because after my initial review the seller contacted me and offered to replace it but never did. In addition, it is very difficult to communicate with them. First Review: They're terrible for flour; They flow around the window, especially at the bottom. For everything else, even ordinary sugar, they are suitable. I wouldn't put powdered sugar in it for the same reason as flour: they flow.

These canisters look good. The largest fits in a 5lb bag of flour, the next smaller size doesn't fit in a 4lb bag of sugar so I split mine into the next 2 sizes. However, not everything lasts because of the lid. Some people say they are not breathable. They are, but not perfect. I put my flour/sugar in gallon size freezer bags and then put them in for more protection. One of the downsides is that you have to be careful to leave space inside for the lid to fit in.
