The app provides you an excellent interface for creating conversation flows which are very similar like any other platforms out there (such us Facebook Messenger).

It's also possible using this tool develop your own bot or AI assistant by yourself so it gives more freedom about what kind if product we want our customers talking through instead just follow some prebroned templates! Some features could be improved but at least most basic ones were already included into every plan package I've tried them during free trial stage.
