This fan is amazing! I live in Phoenix, Arizona and we're having a brutal summer. I did a lot of research before deciding on this fan and I'm so glad I did! It has three speeds and really cools the face and neck. I wear glasses and they make my face sweat and there are no problems at all with this fan. It's so light and flexible, I have a 3-stage alloy around my neck, and even after surgery and all the gear on my neck, this ventilator is still very comfortable. Batteries last all day! I was expecting it to last a few hours but yesterday my daughter and I used it for over 10 hours and it was still going strong. You can definitely hear the fan, but it's not too loud or annoying. I had the fan on and was able to have light conversations with a few people. I am buying two more, one for my daughter and one for my son!
