This was the second pair of shoes I have bought in 2 years. The first pair is holding up well. I wanted to/reorder because I wanted replacement shoes and I usually have a hard time finding what I want in the future. Unfortunately, my second pair had discoloration on the top and side of the right shoe. Since I'm in no hurry to wash these shoes, I asked for an exchange. Revane responded quickly and I can send back for free. I love the product and I consent to the process as long as I am treated fairly. I would buy again. The shoes are very comfortable and suit my needs.
