Poor Quality Control & Poor Customer Service
I love my bedding so I ordered some extra pillowcases. They are as soft as the original set but one case broke after a few weeks. I ordered on September 14th, on September 28th the pillowcase was torn. I tried to sort this out through customer support which is a facebook messaging bot but never got a reply and now I've missed the return window which closed on October 14th. Loved the sheets and pillowcases, would probably order again but quality control and customer service sucks Update: 10/20/20 Customer service finally contacted me and sent new pillowcases. Again, I love the look of these sheets and pillowcases. I would recommend them but be aware there is no quality control.
