I was in the market for a juicer because my Vitamix was not giving me the results I wanted. I never realized there was such a variety in machines- but I did know that I did not want to be straining celery juice thru cheese cloth!Once I had determined that I wanted a cold press- it was fairly easy to decide on the Amzchef! I liked the style and the size was not too big to leave out on the counter.I have found it very easy to use and not difficult to clean. I have also found it is best to not rush and to place the celery stalks one at a time so they don’t get stuck!All and all, I have found this to have been a very smart purchase! I did contact the Company about a minor issue and they suggested a part replacement and I am currently waiting for that to arrive. The after care from the service department has been phenomenal to say the least and I cannot tell you how important that has been to me! I was amazed at their prompt response to my first email and their eagerness to make sure they corrected the problem and that I was satisfied. I highly recommend the Amzchef juicer and could not be more satisfied with my purchase or the interactions with this Company- Thank You!
