It really removes stains 100%

I chose the second one, you have three in a pack. I think it's pretty cheap. I can't find them at Walmart they only have 80% they only have 85% and 90% but I've never seen 100% and it stings a little when you put them on your teeth but they work, they remove the stain. It doesn't taste that bad, I highly recommend them if you want your teeth to be white. When your teeth are yellow
