This is a sturdy high quality tool. I use it to loosen the muscles in my arms daily. Fits comfortably in the hand when using.

I like the size and design of this gua sha tool. Some are either too big and heavy or too small. This one is comfortable to hold with both hands. The stainless steel is strong and won’t warp like other materials.

We used this tool to relieve neck pain associated with muscle tension. The tool is a perfect size to where it can be held by another helper with both hands and apply varying pressure on the muscles. This is a great tool for shin splints. My son is a runner and uses this frequently to help him with the pain in his legs from running. My mother used it frequenlty after her knee replacement and it helped her recover quicker.
