So I loved this product when I first bought it and I was surprised at how long the filter lasts. Now I finally found out that the filter indicator is not working and the filter is dirty. I waited for the display to go off, but it didn't. I opened the filter compartment and found that the "clean air" I thought I was breathing was definitely not that clean because it was dirty! If the ad came out as expected, this would be a great product. Unfortunately, I don't know how often to buy filters, and you don't have time to check the filter daily when you're paying extra for something as simple as an indicator light. So does it really work? Okay, the timer does. It's so tedious to say what's included in the 5 year guarantee that no one will answer you.
