Get your normal size because it fits loose so you don't have to size up!
I usually get size Small in dress tees and medium in casual tee-shirts and tank tops depending on what brands they are. I originally ordered this in a medium just to make sure it wouldn't be to tight but it turned out to be to long so I gave it to my sister. I re-ordered a small and absolutely love it, it is adorable and fits perfectly.
