"We removed gluten-containing ingredients like oats" - The point is that oats are gluten-free. How can you trust a company that doesn't know this simple fact? (Cheap-sourced oats can be *contaminated* with gluten if processed on the same line as wheat, but the oats themselves are gluten-free. Looks like this company went too cheap to get decent oats.) They have also removed vitamins, which is just stupid (yes, you shouldn't rely on a protein bar for your vitamins, but omitting them entirely is stupid and makes you wonder if it's just another shameless cost-cutting move). a small part of the population flatulence and gastro-intestinal complaints. It's not clear why they thought it was a good idea. Perhaps this is another cost-saving measure.
