I don't know how my eyes benefit from blue light blocking lenses but if so this product is great. They're lightweight yet strong, and the spring-loaded side arms enhance their adaptability and reliability. I looked at the reflection of white light on both the outside and inside surfaces and it was blue. This showed that the coatings were good at filtering out blue light - in other words, the blue light was reflected and kept out of the eyes. When wearing these glasses, white objects appear slightly yellowish, which makes sense as they block some of the blue light. My eyes feel more comfortable when I sit at the computer for a long time. The price is right too, a lot lower than the other options on Revain, but undoubtedly as good or better than all the others.
